Sign in to the panel
Go to socialslack.com/login with the email Slack Cards registered for your account and tap "Continue".
We email you a 6-number code: type it and you're in. No password needed.
Know your menu
The menu shows the sections your account has enabled: "Team" (your people's profiles), "Links Manager" (your cards), "Templates" (your company's design) and "Analytics" (activity).
If one is missing, ask your Slack Cards account manager to enable it.
Create your team's profiles
In "Team", tap "+ Add Profile" ("+ Add" on a phone). In "Create New Profile" enter the name, job title and contact details, add the photo and tap "Create New Profile" to save it.
To change a profile, tap the pencil on its row, edit and tap "Save". Creating or editing a profile emails no one.

Or upload them from Excel
In "Team", tap the "Import profiles" button (the upload icon). Tap "Download template", fill in one row per person and upload it with "Import". The First Name column is required.
The template loads first and last name, job title ("Job Title"), phone numbers, emails and "About Me": add the photo afterwards in each profile. When it finishes, choose "Keep profiles" or "Undo import".
If you don't see the button, ask your Slack Cards account manager to let you edit "Team", or send us the file and we'll load it for you.

Assign a card to each profile
Open the profile with the pencil. Under "Card Assignment", pick their card in "Assigned Cards or Tags" (listed as "Card #" and the card's number) and tap "Save".
Before handing it over, hold it near a phone and check that it opens the right profile.
Apply your company's template
In the same profile, pick your company's template in "Select a Template": it fills in your company's logo and images wherever the profile has none of its own.
Templates are created under "Templates" › "Add New".
Send each person their digital card
Once the profile is saved, tap "Share Apple Pass" to email them their link with the Apple Wallet pass, or "Share Google Pass" for the Google Wallet one.
The profile needs a first name, last name and email. The email arrives in the profile's language.
Track the results
"Analytics" shows visits to your company's profiles and which cards are being used.

If each person activates their own card
With self-registration cards, each person activates theirs with their email and completes their profile, which stays in your company. Share the tutorial for people with them: socialslack.com/tutoriales/personas.
If a card is lost
Email us the person's name and we'll block it or assign a new card to their profile.
